Building Better Communities Through Education & Healthcare – Boppana Sarath Gopal Foundation

The Boppana Sarath Gopal Foundation, with the support of Dymes Engineers, organized a series of healthcare and educational programs on March 19th, 2023. The initiatives included free eye health screening camps and school equipment distributions, benefiting students across Pejendra and Addada schools. These efforts reflect the foundation’s mission to empower underprivileged children through education and health awareness.

Eye Screening Camp – Pejendra (Morning Session)

Under the initiative of the Boppana Sarath Gopal Foundation, a comprehensive eye health camp was organized at Pejendra Function Hall for students from 1st to 10th class of ZPHS Pejendra School and Arvindha School, Pejendra. More than 200 students received free eye checkups from professional ophthalmologists using advanced diagnostic equipment. Children with vision-related issues were identified and guided for further treatment. The camp successfully created awareness about the importance of eye care among school children.

School Equipment Distribution – ZPHS & Arvindha Schools, Pejendra (Afternoon Session)

The Boppana Sarath Gopal Foundation team visited ZPHS Pejendra and Arvindha School, Pejendra, where educational materials and sports equipment were distributed to students from 1st to 10th class. The distributed items included notebooks, writing materials, school bags, carrom boards, badminton rackets, footballs, and books to support both academic learning and extracurricular activities. Teachers and students expressed heartfelt gratitude to the foundation for providing resources that will enhance the overall learning environment.

School Equipment Distribution – ZPHS Addada (Evening Session)

Continuing its outreach, the Boppana Sarath Gopal Foundation organized a school kit distribution program at ZPHS Addada, reaching students from 1st to 12th class. As part of the PM JANMAN initiative, the foundation provided essential educational supplies to ensure students in underserved areas have the tools they need for academic success. The event concluded with teachers, students, and foundation representatives gathering for a commemorative group photo.
