Founder & Chairman

Late Mr. B. Sarath Gopal

Late Mr. B. Sarath Gopal was a visionary entrepreneur and distinguished industry leader who served as the Founder and Chairman of Dymes Engineers Pvt. Ltd. He possessed extensive experience in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sector and played a pivotal role in promoting, establishing, and strengthening several successful enterprises.

A graduate in B.Tech from REC Warangal, Mr. Sarath Gopal began his professional journey as Chairman and Director of Dolphin Drugs Pvt. Ltd. (1985–1994). During this period, he was instrumental in building strong foundations in pharmaceutical manufacturing and business operations. He later served as Director of United Intermediates & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (1985–1994), a reputed manufacturer and exporter of life-saving drugs such as Sulphamethoxazole, Ibuprofen, Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin, and Pefloxacin.

Both Dolphin Drugs Pvt. Ltd. and United Intermediates & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. were subsequently merged into Matrix Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., where Mr. Sarath Gopal continued to provide strategic leadership as Chairman until 2001. His legacy is defined by integrity, foresight, and a lasting contribution to industrial growth and excellence.

Managing Director

Mr. Tarachand Boppana

Mr. Tarachand Boppana is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with extensive experience in engineering, infrastructure, and commercial development. He serves as Managing Director of Dymes Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Director at Sarath City Capital Mall, where he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

JNTUH graduate, he further honed his global business expertise with an MSc in International Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK. His professional journey reflects strong capabilities in business strategy, marketing, human resources, and international public relations.

Under his leadership, Dymes Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has delivered high-quality engineering solutions, while Sarath City Capital Mall has become a premier retail and commercial destination through innovative management and customer-focused initiatives. He also serves as Chief Patron of the Vignan Jyothi Group and Managing Trustee of the Sarath Gopal Foundation, actively supporting education, healthcare, and community development.

Mr. Tarachand Boppana is recognized for his ethical leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence across business and social sectors.
